Our clan uses the clever and highly popular tactic of "Skill Linking". This is the clever method of using one skill-based event to prepare for another. For example, we might decide one week to do a RuneCrafting event, and then the next week do a Mage event. The players would then be using the runes they crafted on the first week to do the magic on the second week. See how that works? :)
